第一天入住就覺得不太舒服，於是要求提前退房，結果酒店不同意。第三天早上被人開門，幸好我用書桌頂住門了！酒店也投訴了，訂房網站也有記錄了，還沒收到進一步訊息！

酒店給升級了房間，八樓的商務套房，非常乾淨，床很舒服，窗外也非常的美，出門走兩分鐘就是地鐵，地理位置便利。就是淋浴間的門有點雞肋，其他都非常好，冰箱裡放了橙汁，還有巧克力。停車場自費，地下停車場比較安全，好像是26歐的停車費。

This was our best stay so far during our 訂房網站, staff members were nice and allowed early check in as the room was ready (perhaps it's because it was a weekday as well). Stayed for our honeymoon and they offered us complimentary popcorn and dessert 😍 Location was great as it's right beside the metro station. Do take note not to confuse this booking with the Novotel Hotel as they are at different metro stations.

1. 房間很寬敞，衞生間和浴室完全分離，浴室有淋浴間/浴缸 2. 交通便捷，雖然不是遊客遊玩的核心區域，但地鐵直達，出地鐵站大概100m就到酒店門口 3. 有冰箱，但沒看到其他點評説的微波爐

Room was huge! It’s nice that the toilet and the showers are separated but the room layout was a little weird since the showers are beside the bed and the toilet is at the door…. Showers is huge, with both bathtub and normal showering area, amenities isn’t provided by default and you have to ask for them. It’s nice that both caffeinated and decaf coffee are provided! It’s about a 5 mins walk from the U1 station, and a 12 mins walk to the station with the airport train. Not the most walkable hotel, had to walk 1hr at times, but it’s alright if u take the train. The grocery stores around the area closes very early, and the closest one after 8pm is 12 mins walk away, there’s nothing much in the area… also, the hotel seems to be severely understaffed, with only 1 staff at the desk most of the time handling everything. Nevertheless I think this hotel is pretty value for money, and would most likely book it again unless I find a better deal which is unlikely.
